Bake for 45 minutes.

Tasty alone.
Yummy with ice cream, yogurt, sour cream, or whipped cream.
Delicious on pancakes or waffles.

Too numerous to list, here are a few. Be creative and think of your own!

When baked, add walnuts, almonds or any nuts of your choice.

Do you drain the pineapple juice off?

Nope, pineapple goes in juice and all!

However, if it remains too "juicy" you can add a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in a 1/4 c. of water to thicken.
